COURSE DESCRIPTION

Digital imaging merupakan penciptaan gambar digital, biasanya dari adegan fisik. Kegiatan ini menyiratkan atau meliputi pengolahan, kompresi, penyimpanan, percetakan, dan menampilkan suatu gambar. Untuk menghasilkan gambar atau foto yang berkualitas, diperlukan pengetahuan serta ketrampilan yang baik mengenai fotografi. Selain teknik pengambilan gabar, pengolahannya juga penting agar suatu gambar dapat merepresentasikan maksud dan tujuannya kepada yang melihat.

Tujuan

Memahami e-business beserta konsep dan aplikasinya dalam perusahaan.

E. Presentation dan Handling Objection Skills

  • Menceritakan produk dalam bahasa yang dipahami oleh customer
  • Memaparkan fitur dan manfaat produk secara konsisten

Tujuan sesi ini : Keterampilan yang akan dimiliki peserta di dalam membuat langkah-langkah presentasi dengan menggunakan “Main Idea” yang menggiring ke kebutuhan customer, mampu mengidentifikasi “real problem” dan menjawab dengan solusi yang relevan di dalam menangani keberatan atau penolakan.

F. Closing Skills

  • Mengetahui kapan dan bagaiman menutup penjualan
  • Mendengar dan memberikan reaksi terhadap buying signal

Tujuan sesi ini : Peserta dapat menyampaikan kesimpulan kunjungan, menyepakati agenda untuk langkah-langkah selanjutnya dan melakukan penutupan sales dengan berbagai tekhnik.

G. Follow Up Skills
